Our study aimed to:
- test 43 modems used to supply phone and internet services over FTTN/B technology types
- identify how much each modem can affect a consumer’s NBN experience
- better understand factors inside a consumer’s typical home/office environment that can reduce performance
The study found limited difference between the DSL performance (the connection to your home) of most devices. However, there was more variability with Wi-Fi performance.
