Data-driven marketing practices: Australian industry participants survey results

This report comprises the results of a survey commissioned by the ACMA to examine current data-driven marketing practices and trends. 



Data-driven marketing and advertising includes any marketing communication that uses insights from data, including personal information, to determine who to target, when to engage, what to include in the offer. 



The survey was conducted July–August 2016 among marketing industry participants who were members of the Association for Data-driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA).
